jpya9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legal agreement between you ("the Player") and jpya9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the jpya9 website, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&C in their entirety, together with any applicable policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Each player may hold only one account on the jpya9 platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these T&C. If duplicate accounts are identified, jpya9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. jpya9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jpya9 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• You must provide a valid mobile number that is registered in your name. This number will be used for account verification, payment processing and account recovery purposes.
• You must use a strong and unique password for your jpya9 account. We recommend using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not reuse passwords from other services.
• jpya9 may at any time ask you to confirm the accuracy of your registration details. If we are unable to verify your identity using the information provided, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending satisfactory verification.
• If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may contact jpya9 support at any time. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

jpya9 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. No currency conversion is applied to player account balances. jpya9 does not accept deposits from any payment method that is not registered in the player's own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. jpya9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending the outcome of any verification, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming investigation. In all cases, withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and mobile number used for the original deposit.

• Any deposit that cannot be matched to the depositing player's registered account — due to mismatched names, incorrect reference numbers, or other discrepancies — will be held in suspense and may be returned. jpya9 is not liable for funds lost due to player error during payment initiation.
• jpya9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, and to request the source of funds documentation where transaction volumes or patterns trigger internal risk thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedure.

jpya9 operates a strict policy against money laundering and the funding of illegal activities. Any account found to be used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

jpya9 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed the registration process, verified their identity and made at least one qualifying deposit. Bonuses are not available to players who are currently under a self-exclusion or cooling-off arrangement.

jpya9 reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and any associated winnings from a player's account if it is determined that eligibility requirements were not met at the time the bonus was claimed, or if the player has violated the T&C in any way that affected the bonus outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jpya9 platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament offered on the platform, including the use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or engage in any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation. jpya9 monitors all transactions and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities.

All content on the jpya9 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, user interface designs, text, software, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the exclusive property of jpya9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jpya9 platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

In no event shall jpya9 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jpya9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jpya9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these T&C shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
